Salina is passionate in talent development. She has over 20 years of experience in adult learning and development, and extensive experience in business and people management.
Salina had worked with multinational companies in retail, insurance, banking, catering, and telecommunication industries. Her achievements range from talent learning and development, corporate culture development, organizational development, to change management, recruitment management, performance management, business operations management.
Salina holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, a Master in Science, Training & Human Resource Management and an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree. Salina has also attained Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Accreditation & Certified Team Coach.
