Tracy, a seasoned HR COE professional, has over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, and Talent Development.

 

In talent management and development, Tracy has been an Assessor, Facilitator and Coach for middle and senior executives of MNCs across Countries in APAC. Projects delivered include Talent Identification and Assessment, 1-on-1 Executive Coaching, Leadership Training Design & Delivery.

 

During the time specialized in Learning & Development, she has extensive experience in transforming individuals and team performance across various sectors. She applies practitioner skills and tools in her programs and initiatives, consistently valuing collaboration, inclusion, diversity, and creativity. Tracy has successfully designed and implemented training programs and learning initiatives for diverse teams in industries such as charity, finance, fashion retail, sourcing, and FMCG.

 

Tracy’s purpose is to be the catalyst growth and agility in individuals and organizations, enabling them to navigate an ever-changing environment. She believes in the transformative power of continuous learning and is dedicated to creating environments where individuals can thrive alongside their organizations.
