Ms. Rebecca Wong
Director of Human Resources and Administration, Panasonic Hong Kong Co., Limited
With an extensive two-decade career, Rebecca has primarily worked within Japanese corporations, specializing in strategic human resources management and organizational transformation. Currently, she holds the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration at Panasonic Hong Kong Co., Limited.
Previously, Rebecca was stationed at the group’s regional headquarters in Beijing, where she oversaw Recruitment Strategies, Employer Branding Initiatives, and Regional-wide transformation projects. She played an active role in numerous regional and global human resources reform projects, contributing significantly to the group’s strategic HR transformation.
Rebecca’s professional journey has equipped her with a broad global perspective and a knack for innovative thinking. She excels at challenging conventional practices and spearheading reforms across diverse HR domains to optimize organizational efficiency.
Ms. Angie Sung
Head of HR, CLPe
Angie is an all-rounded HR leader with more than 20 years of experience working in sizeable and multinational organizations in Hong Kong and Australia. Her expertise includes Business Partnering, HR Strategies, Organization & Leadership Development, Talent & Graduate Programs, Succession Planning, and Change Management.
Currently, Angie is taking on the role of Head of HR at CLPe, overseeing the entire HR and Business Support functions in Hong Kong and Mainland China, reporting to the Managing Director of CLPe. At the same time, she is an Executive Committee member, involved in key decision-making and driving business growth.
Angie holds a Master’s degree in HR Management and an Executive Certificate in Sustainability. She is also an accredited coach and certified trainer.
嘉賓主持 Guest Host:
Mr. Peter Pun
Senior Manager, Culture and Leadership Development, Group HR , Crystal International Group Limited
Peter possesses over 15 years’ experience in all round HR functions including Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Talent Development, C&B, Employee Relations, Culture Development, Business Transformation and Global HR projects. Peter is experienced in group, regional and local HR roles in garment manufacturing, trading, construction service, express and telecommunication industries.
With a strong passion in people development, he always strives for enhancement. He is certified as Hypnotherapist by National Guild of Hypnotists (US), NLP Practitioner, Certified Fingerprint Analyst. In terms of learning and development, he is also a certified trainer of 7-Habit, MLA Leadership Development Program (by Peter Drucker Academy), Everything DiSC, Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Situational Leadership and Beyond Bias. He was awarded as Outstanding New Trainer Award by HKMA in 2018 after further widening his scope in culture and people development in 2015. He is now a mentor of St James’ Settlement and The Hong Kong Shue Yan University to further inspire the youngster in career development.
