PROHR Gathering是為PROHR會員而設的定期交流活動，在這裡，我們明白HR的工作困難，互相了解、互相支援，彼此一起持續地提升價值。每次PROHR Gathering均設不同主題及活動一起學習。參加者亦可於Gathering中自由與其他HR會員交流以增強人脈，同時亦可加入PROHR WhatsApp群組，保持聯繫及互相支援。

不經不覺MP HR Community已3週年，本次3週年活動我們將會在Cordis Hotel舉行，並邀請了擁有20年人力資源經驗，Blue Insurance的CHRO Kam To來和我們分享: 何謂出色HR?

嘉賓簡介:
Mr. Kam To
Kam W To is the CHRO of Blue (formerly Aviva Hong Kong), the first digital life insurer in Hong Kong and a joint venture between Hillhouse Capital and Tencent. Kam has over 20 years of HR experience from the financial services industry, working in senior HR roles for global firms, including Manulife, Citibank, DBS, and Nomura. He possesses deep HR experience at strategic and operational levels, as well as managing across territories. Kam is particularly interested in building lasting business values via expert people practices, culture development, and organizational transformation. He is a champion of driving change and innovative HR. Kam has four degrees in various disciplines, including a Master’s in Training & HRM from the University of Leicester, UK.
