Dr. Joey Wan
Dr. Joey Wan is the Adjunct Lecturer at HKU Space, and also the Chief Drucker Educator at Peter F. Drucker Academy, who provides professional trainings and teachings to the senior executives of multi-national corporates, non-profit organisations and government in the past 10 years.
With the focus of his research area of “Entrepreneurial Intention”, Joey is passionate in sharing his unique insights on leadership and motivation, strategic thinking and execution, as well as corporate culture management.
He has served Prince of Peace Group as the General Manager (Asia Pacific) to overview branch offices’ operations in Hong Kong, Macau, Kula Lumpur, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, after working in USA head office for years. He received his Bachelor of Science (International Business) and Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University, and Doctor of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University.
He is the Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Certified Professional Motivators Analyst, Certified DISC Facilitator, Certified Drama Education Facilitator, Certified Facilitator in LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ Methods and Registered Corporate Coach RCC (WABC®️).

Dr. Felix Yip
Dr. Felix Wai-Kwong Yip regards himself as a practitioner-scholar and has over 25 years of enriched experience in Strategic and Operational Human Resource Management in multinational corporations, like Dairy Farm Group, San Miguel Brewing International Ltd, Hong Kong Cable TV Group, Hitchison Port Holding, and Jardine Group, with diversified industries in Greater China Region, including Hong Kong, before joining Hong Kong Baptist University as Senior Lecturer in 2011. Dr. Yip made contribution in all aspects from teaching and programme management to the University before he retired in 2019. He continues his employment with Hong Kong Baptist University as Part-time Teaching Consultant and also his appointment as Associate Director (Consultancy Services) of Centre for Human Resources Strategy and Development for the School of Business of the University.
