Bianca is currently the Vice President, Human Resources for FedEx Express covering the Asia Middle East & Africa (AMEA) region, and is a member of the executive committee to implement FedEx’s business strategies in the region.  She leads a team of over 400 human resources professionals and oversees strategic HR planning for FedEx Express in AMEA, HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent acquisition and management, performance & total rewards, diversity, equity & inclusion, health safety & environment, leadership and workforce competence development, HR technology & innovation, as well as organization effectiveness.
