Wing is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, workplace culture development and employee health and wellbeing.
She currently serves as Head of Staff Relations and Welfare Services at one of Hong Kong’s largest public transport operators, The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited, overseeing engagement, welfare and wellbeing programmes. Her past experience spans a broad range of HR expertise, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, people experience design, DEI strategy and change management.
Wing is Vice-chairperson of HR Committee of SideBySide and a member of the Executive Committee of Group 21 (Transport & Logistics Services Council) of FHKI. She is also an committed mentor to the next generation of HR professionals.
