About MP HR Community

MP HR Community is an informative platform tailored to human resources. Our philosophy is to share knowledge and resources that help resolve practical human resource (HR) related problems effectively and be the growth agent of professional human resources practitioners.

We also devote our efforts to increasingly promote communications amongst the local Hong Kong human resources practitioners network. Meanwhile, we also provide services such as information and resource sharing, seminars, courses, training, and human resource consulting to local corporations, in order to support practitioners to resolve various human resources challenges.

Since we established in November 2018, we have already conducted over a hundred human resources related activities, including seminars, courses, and networking events etc., that attracted more than thousands of local HR practitioners in the first year alone. On the other hand, we have also provided training and created activities for many publicly traded companies. We assisted in handling different human resources demands for their HR department. Due to human resources bustling work culture, we set up online courses in 11, so that more human resources practitioners could advance their study more easily at any place, any time, to save as much time as possible.

We truly appreciate all of the human resources practitioners’ support since we have established. We promise to stay true to our goal to continuously assist and strengthen human resources influence amongst corporations. It is very important to us to build up a more desirable relationship between employers and employees, so that our community may profit from it for years to come.

I highly recommend the MP HR Community to those who are eager to continuously learn, grow, expand their network and connect with HR professionals. In the past year of being a member of MP HR, I have attended various HR gatherings, Executive Talks, and other events. Each gathering/activity has been incredibly rewarding, providing valuable insights and knowledge that have greatly benefited both my work and professional career development. Joining this community has truly made a significant impact on my journey!

I was wondering, should I join PROHR Community or not? I can only say that I will regret it if I don’t join. The feeling after joining is that there are a large group of fellow travelers. Their experience and seniority may be different, but the key point is that you will have a lot of support. Your ignorance/unknowing may be the result of the other person’s previous struggle. .After listening to the advice, I learned new knowledge invisibly, and the experiences of people and places became “my own experiences”.

Jen, Assistant HR Manager

I have been joining the ProHR Community for more than a year and have seen its growth, while also growing with it. The activities organized by the Community include online lectures/workshops and gatherings, which actually cover the technical and soft skills that HR should have now and in the future (including up-to-date legal knowledge and related contingency, excel skills, remuneration, coaching and improvement) HR persuasion, etc.), sharpen each of our knives! !Yes, as a Zuo member, you can register for all courses and attend gatherings for free. I think this arrangement is very considerate and makes you feel like a VVIP. Thank you to every staff member for their careful arrangements and quick response every time (I believe that zoom should be better than physical classes) Encounter more problems and have to work harder).I believe we will make great progress together.Come on everyone:)

The essence of Human Resources is “connecting with people.” The key to “connecting with people” is to have an open mind, not set boundaries, and use appropriate methods to get to know different people and things. PROHR Community is providing a platform that allows you not to be limited to your current self, but also provides you with opportunities to meet professionals from all walks of life, different ranks and experiences, making your network wider; in meeting different friends and communicating with each other, Let’s grow together.

Patricia Yeung, Assistant Director, HR

“In today’s rapidly changing world, HR’s role is obviously different from that of the past. In addition to formulating forward-looking strategic policies, it must also respond quickly and agilely to various changes in regulations, technology, economy and environment. MP HR Community provides a comprehensive platform for me and HR fellows that combines both theory and practice. I especially appreciate its HR seminars and networking sessions that closely follow the market focus, which can always give new perspectives to solve problems. In addition, I have to recommend their project services. , they can clearly point out the pain points and propose comprehensive and practical solutions. If HR is a business partner within the enterprise, then MP HR Community can also be a partner of choice outside the HR enterprise.”

Fonny Li, Assistant HR Manager

I think that in addition to providing courses for HR, the HR Community has established a left-hand HR communication platform and organized HR Gathering, so that HR colleagues in the industry can get to know more colleagues and exchange the latest HR information through gatherings.Thank you HR Community!

I have been joining the ProHR Community for more than a year. This platform provides a large number of learning resources (including soft skills & hard skills) to broaden my horizons and enable me to equip myself. What I gained the most was meeting a group of like-minded HR friends, learning from each other and even becoming each other’s tree.

Ken, HRBP

Some people predict that AI will replace XNUMX% of the positions we recognize, and traditional administrative HR will not be immune. But on the other hand, talent development and management are becoming increasingly important. This will be an important role played by HR in the future. HR Community provides a good platform for HR friends from different sectors to share experiences, share knowledge, and equip themselves, so that HR can exert greater value.

Elaine Tong, Head of Human Resources, Administration and Communications.

When others say, “If HR doesn’t do anything, just press the button and you’ll get paid!” HR colleagues need to constantly improve their hard and soft skills. MP HR Community provides a comprehensive platform., not only can you learn new knowledge, but you can also participate in social gatherings hosted by MP HR Community in your spare time, get to know a group of like-minded HR people, and exchange experiences (or complain 😂 )

Lily

It has been a while since I joined PROHR. In addition to taking different HR courses and learning professional HR knowledge, the most important thing is that you are really part of the HR community, no matter what level you are. Colleagues, when they encounter difficulties and problems of varying degrees, can be solved and find answers, there is no need to worry or panic; on the road of HR, Let’s walk together, walk further!

“Causal and Professional. A community for HR Pros”

Daniel

I follow HR Xiaoshu Rong’s FB Page and know that there is an MP HR Community, so I participate in its activities, gatherings, etc. to get to know HR at different levels. The department that attracts me most about MP HR Community is that it not only provides hard skill courses, but also arranges soft skills and other topics that are rarely mentioned in the public, because HR is most importantly a coordinator, and these are all at work. It helped me a lot.
